Having 15+yrs experience in Quality for automotive industries (Injection molding, Blow molding, Rubber press molding process, Sub assembly, Pad printing, Paint shop & Laser etching process). Heading the overall plant quality (Incoming & Supplier development In-process  Customer quality  New product development  QMS). Responsibilitie  Heading over all plant Quality (Incoming, In-process, Customer quality, New Product Development & QMS).  Co-ordinate with all the CFT to achieve the company’s desired goal.  Monitor and evaluate the quality of production processes, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications.  Conduct root cause analysis for customer issues or internal non-conformities. and drive corrective and preventive actions.  Monitor and maintain the customer portal and ensuring on-time submission of the requirements. (problem solver & EPPAP submission).  Present senior management with comprehensive data on quality performance, trends, and opportunities for development.  Collaborating new projects with project team and Customers, ensuring PPAP and APQP documents align with business needs.  Maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to guarantee adherence to industry standards.  Facing all Customer & Certification body Audits (VDA 6.3, SQ mark, 4M Audit, MSIL - VSA audit & IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001) and implementing the improvement action on timely manner.  Interact with vendors, including some travel, to assure their products meet the needs of our company.  Communicated quality concerns to suppliers, managed their PPM, and ensured timely closure of 8D reports. Conducting supplier audits in defined frequency.  Collaborated on Kaizen, suggestion improvement, and continuous improvement projects to raise overall effectiveness and quality.  Define, approve, and enable the implementation of quality requirements, quality plans, and quality check points to ensure adequacy of controls and resulting outputs  Work together with the corporate quality team to improve and maintain the quality level.
