Role Description: We are hiring a full-time, on-site Senior HR Recruiter based in Jaipur. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, maintain candidate databases, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Qualifications: 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in consultancy or staffing firms. Proven ability to source and identify high-quality candidates across multiple industries. Strong interview, assessment, and negotiation skills. Proficient with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and guide junior recruiters. Strong organizational, reporting, and time management skills. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices. Graduate or MBA in HR or a relevant field.
