Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Operations Executive based in Tardeo, Mumbai. The role involves managing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring top-tier customer service. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, following up with clients and supporting day-to-day business operations. Collaboration with teams to meet corporate goals and ensure efficient workflows will also be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to drive business outcomes and enhance processes Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to foster client relationships and provide exceptional support Analytical Skills to interpret data and implement process improvements effectively Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and time management Relevant experience in sales or operations, with prior exposure to the uniform, apparel or production industry being a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
