Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 0–4 years of experience in HR, training, or learning & development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good planning and organizational abilities. Comfortable with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
