Key Responsibilities 1. Process and verify financial transactions (loans, insurance, investments, etc.) accurately. 2. Manage client documentation, KYC, and account opening formalities. 3. Ensure timely updating of data in financial systems/ERP/CRM. 4. Perform reconciliation of financial records and reports. 5. Support the sales team with backend operations and post-sales services. 6. Handle client queries and escalate issues to the concerned department. 7. Maintain compliance with company policies, RBI/SEBI/IRDAI regulations, and audit standards. 8. Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review. 9. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for operational activities.
