Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or finance (or a strong drive to learn and grow). Confident communicator, persuasive, and relationship-focused. Curious about wealth management and investment opportunities. Comfortable with CRM tools and proactive in tracking your goals.
