We're building Finovia AI — a fintech platform that helps startups and SMBs forecast revenue, analyze financial performance, and make better business decisions using AI and real-time sentiment analysis . We've launched our MVP and validated early demand. Now we're looking for a Founding Tech Lead (India-based preferred) to take ownership of our technical roadmap and AI models. Role Overview Title: Founding Tech Lead – AI & Infrastructure Type: Equity-Only (Founding Team Position) Location: Remote (India) Responsibilities Lead the design and development of our AI-based forecasting and financial reporting systems Build and optimize LLM pipelines, sentiment-driven forecasting models (PyTorch, Hugging Face, ONNX) Oversee infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, VPC), Docker, K8s, CI/CD Collaborate closely with the founding team (CEO & COO) on product and tech strategy Scale from MVP to production-ready SaaS platform Ideal Background 3–5 years of experience in backend, ML, or full-stack engineering Strong Python skills with real-world AI/ML project experience Exposure to AWS/cloud infrastructure and modern MLOps Bonus: Familiarity with financial data, QuickBooks APIs, forecasting models, or RAG pipelines Startup mindset: fast, resourceful, ownership-driven What’s in It for You Founding equity — meaningful ownership from day one Full autonomy on architecture and product direction Opportunity to grow into CTO as we raise and scale Be part of building a next-gen AI fintech product with real use cases If you're interested or know someone who might be a fit, feel free to DM me here or reach out at mehrapratyush123@gmail.com .
