Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Nagpur. Responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to understand their financial needs, promoting relevant products and services, and achieving sales targets. The Telesales Specialist will also provide exceptional customer support, answer inquiries, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs and build lasting relationships Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with a diverse customer base Proficiency in Sales techniques to identify opportunities, promote products, and close deals Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs aimed at enhancing skills Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Prior experience in financial services or telesales is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education is a plus
