Role & responsibilities Overseeing the final stages of garment production, ensuring quality and efficiency before the garments are packed and shipped . Supervising teams, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory, and troubleshooting issues. Specific responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating: Managing a team of workers involved in tasks like thread trimming, stain removal, button attaching, ironing, folding, and packing. Ensuring quality: Inspecting finished garments for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards, and implementing corrective actions. Managing inventory: Maintaining records of materials and finished goods, and ensuring timely procurement of necessary supplies. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to the finishing process, machinery, or material quality. Maintaining safety: Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols. Coordinating with other departments: Collaborating with other departments like cutting, sewing, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow. Training: Training new employees and providing ongoing training to existing staff. Meeting production goals: Ensuring production targets are met within the given timeframe and budget. Process improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the finishing process and implementing changes to enhance efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have denim bottom manufacturing experience
