Finishing Engineer - Civil

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute finishing activities such as Plastering, painting, tiling, marble/granite works, False ceiling, woodwork, joinery, and external faade finishes, Waterproofing and final surface treatments
• Ensure finishing works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
• Resolve site-level technical issues related to finishing works.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site regulations.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
• Assist in material selection and procurement for finishing items.
• Liaise with architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure design compliance

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works for

  luxury villas and commercial buildings

  .
• Strong understanding of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Telugu and English.
• Fluency in Hindi is a plus.
