Civil Engineer

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities at the construction/interior project site. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising daily activities and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. - Coordinating with project managers, engineers, designers, and clients to meet project requirements. - Monitoring and managing site labor, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficiency. - Maintaining daily work progress reports, site documentation, and tracking project timelines. - Enforcing safety measures, quality standards, and resolving site-level issues promptly. - Conducting regular inspections to ensure site cleanliness, discipline, and resolving minor technical problems. - Ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment at the site for smooth operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. - Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. - Knowledge of construction safety norms and quality procedures. - Willingness to travel to multiple project sites if required. - Experience in interior fit-out projects is an added advantage. - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools is preferred.
