Role Description: Drive Finex Industries' digital transformation by implementing and customizing ERP in all dept.s, HRMS, AI tools, and tender automation systems to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making for the furniture export business. Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation - Lead implementation and customization of ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, or SAP) to align with company processes in manufacturing, finance, and supply chain, with a focus on furniture export operations. HRMS Automation - Automate HR processes including recruitment, payroll, attendance, and KPI/KPA tracking, ensuring integration with export-related workflows. Tender Analyzer BOT - Develop and pilot an AI + OCR-based Tender Analyzer BOT for automated document preparation and eligibility analysis for furniture export tenders. Analytics Dashboard - Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time insights into finance, production, HR, and tender processes, tailored to USA market export needs. SOP & Policy Documentation - Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for HR, tender processes, and manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with ISO, FSC, BIFMA, BIS, and ZED Gold standards. Vendor Management - Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with vendors for ERP, AI, and IoT solution providers to support furniture export digitalization. Training - Conduct training sessions for internal staff on new digital systems to ensure adoption and proficiency, particularly for export-related processes. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - 80% Core Deliverables: ERP Go-Live - Achieve ERP module go-live within 6 months, covering critical business functions for furniture exports with minimal disruptions. HRMS Implementation - Implement HRMS for recruitment, payroll, and attendance with an error rate of less than 2%, supporting export team efficiency. Tender Analyzer BOT - Ensure Tender Analyzer BOT delivers at least 70% accurate eligibility summaries for furniture export tender documents. Power BI Dashboard - Develop and update monthly Power BI dashboards with visible data for finance, HR, production, and tender processes, including USA market metrics. SOP Development - Create at least 3 SOPs for HR, tender, and production processes within the first 6 months, aligned with export compliance standards. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - 20% Growth & Innovation: AI/IoT Pilots - Identify and initiate at least one AI or IoT pilot project to enhance operational efficiency in furniture export processes. Digital Training - Conduct quarterly employee training sessions on digital tools and systems, achieving at least 80% staff participation, with focus on export team. Digital Roadmap - Provide management with updates to a 3-year digital transformation roadmap, incorporating emerging technologies for furniture exports to the USA. Eligibility: Education - B.Tech or MCA in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Mechanical Engineering with IT exposure. Experience - 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP, analytics, or automation projects, preferably in manufacturing or furniture export industries. Skills - Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and basic Python. Experience with ERP/HRMS tools (Zoho, Odoo, SAP) and knowledge of AI/OCR technologies. Others - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and excellent communication for vendor and staff interactions in the context of furniture exports.
