Role Overview: As a Fine Art educator at Podar Education Network in Bangalore, your role involves nurturing creativity and artistic skills in students. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute art lessons to foster creativity and meet educational standards. - Facilitate drawing, sketching, and painting sessions to develop students" technical skills and artistic expression. - Assess students" artwork and provide constructive feedback for improvement. - Encourage participation in art exhibitions and competitions to enhance students" exposure and experience. - Maintain a safe and inspiring classroom environment that promotes artistic experimentation and learning. - Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art and creativity into broader curricular activities. - Stay updated with current art trends and techniques to enhance teaching methodologies. - Engage with parents and school administration to communicate students" progress and achievements in art. Qualification Required: - A Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA) or Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree is mandatory for applicants. - Previous experience as a Drawing teacher is required for this role. - Proficiency in various art forms, particularly Drawing, Painting, and Sketching, is necessary. - Ability to create engaging lesson plans catering to diverse learning styles. - Strong communication skills to convey artistic concepts and techniques effectively. - Passion for art and teaching with patience and creativity to inspire young learners in their artistic pursuits.,
