Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Real Estate / Hospitality Location: Jaipur, India Experience: 48 years in Channel Sales, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Concept Selling Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Channel Sales Manager to strengthen and grow our network of channel partners including brokers, agents, and affiliate associates. The role focuses on driving revenue through third-party channels, enhancing partner productivity, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, hospitality, or concept-based selling and will play a key role in achieving the company's sales goals in the Jaipur market. Key Responsibilities: Channel Partner Acquisition & Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners, brokers, and agents to expand the sales network. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with partners to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Sales Delivery: Drive channel-based sales and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Partner Enablement: Provide partners with detailed product/project knowledge, sales tools, and marketing support to enhance their effectiveness. Event Coordination: Plan and execute partner engagement initiatives including channel meets, site visits, and property expos. Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate partner performance, and prepare regular sales reports and insights for management. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all partners operate within the company’s code of conduct, branding guidelines, and compliance protocols. Key Requirements: Proven success in channel sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or concept-based industries. Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of the Jaipur real estate market and customer dynamics. Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven. Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM platforms. Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
