About the Role - We are looking for enthusiastic graduates or early-career professionals to join our dynamic team as an Application Support Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial risk management, market data processing, and application support, while working closely with cross functional teams across the UK, Netherlands, and India. Key Responsibilities - • Manage and monitor daily valuations for client derivatives portfolios. • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of start-of-day positions by coordinating with the Chandigarh-based IT Production Support team. • Perform quality checks on market data and valuations, including resolving discrepancies. • Collaborate with the Operations, Engineering, and Product teams across geographies. • Contribute to the optimization and automation of existing processes and propose continuous improvements. • Develop familiarity with financial products such as swaptions, FX, bonds, indices, and portfolios. What We’re Looking For - • 0–3 years of professional experience, ideally in financial services or IT support. • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. • Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written). • Exposure to or interest in: Financial Risk Management, Trading, Bonds, Indices, Swaptions, FX, portfolios and Valuation.
