Engage senior stakeholders (IT Heads, procurement leaders, and CIOs) and set up high-value meetings. 4. Position Finch IT's solutions as tailored answers to client challenges. Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets and deliver measurable impact. What we're looking for: 1. 0-1.5 years' experience in B2B sales/lead generation (IT sector a plus). 2. Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal). 3. Proficiency in CRM tools; eager to learn and adapt. 4. Highly proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented. 5.
