Your typical day will involve providing insightful financial analysis that supports decision-making processes related to the organization's profitability and overall financial health. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that financial strategies align with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations. - Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. - Familiarity with financial reporting standards and compliance requirements. - Proficient in using data visualization tools to present financial information. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
