Position : HR Lead -Operations Location : Nagpur Hiring Mode : Contract Retainer Notice Period : Immediate Joiner -Max 30 days Educational Background: Any bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7+ Years in the relevant field Proven experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or program management. Hands-on experience with financial systems such as SAP Concur is an advantage. Technical & Analytical: Strong data analysis capabilities with experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, and project management. Ability to compile and analyze key performance metrics related to attrition, employee engagement, and process efficiency. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., HR, Legal, Marketing) and external academic partners. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clarity across diverse communication channels. Organizational: Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse portfolios simultaneously. Responsive and proactive in managing both routine tasks and unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE & ENGAGEMENT Oversee Performance and Bench Monitoring: Ensure comprehensive performance tracking, proactive bench monitoring, consistent counseling, and proper billing compliance for Techbees Monitor Weekly Exit Reports: Track exit data, and provide guidance on consequences such as degree program suspensions and reimbursement recovery. Collaborate on Recovery Processes: Work with the FNF team to facilitate the recovery process for exiting employees. Address Daily Employee Issues: Monitor and address issues including disciplinary actions, PIP measures, bench utilization, abscondence, and project deployment challenges. Conduct Engagement & Counseling Initiatives: Organize sessions to address grievances, advise on career growth, and reinforce professional behavior. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & ANALYTICS Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify process gaps and implement improvements. Develop business requirement documents (BRDs) for key process enhancements such as SA Digitalization, GCS Claims improvements, and bond recovery strategies. Update MOUs in collaboration with legal and policy teams, and regularly revise internal policies in line with program norms. Track and analyze attrition, diversity, and inclusion metrics, with a focus on reducing attrition from 4% to 2.5%. COMMUNICATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Facilitate communications regarding enrollment dates, Service Agreement updates, and townhall sessions with colleges and partner universities. Engage with the Marketing team to maintain landing pages and other program-related communications as per company policy. Lead governance calls with external academic partners and internal stakeholders to address process improvements and new program offerings. Oversee performance management including review of ratings, value creation, and tracking aspirational learning and career progression. Work closely with LOBs to analyze engagement timelines, process feedback, and optimization strategies. EVENT & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT Plan and execute graduation ceremonies for Techbees completing their higher education programs. Organize upskilling and training sessions on professional behavior, work ethics, and other pertinent competencies. FINANCIAL CLAIMS & COMPLIANCE Approve advance and settlement claims for Techbees via GCS and SAP Concur. Validate Service Agreements online through SSD and ensure that all physical documents meet legal requirements Dispatch confirmation emails to Techbees upon successful document checks and instruct on further claim submission. DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS MANAGEMENT: Organize the transfer of hard copy documents for ERD uploads to the HRSC team at the SEZ Noida office. Develop and maintain airtight Service Agreement processes and manage the Service Agreement validation lifecycle. ACADEMIC & PROJECT COORDINATION: Coordinate with universities and regional managers for graduation projects, ensuring active manager participation in final semester projects. Conduct annual enrollment townhalls with universities and track non-enrolled Techbees, ensuring enrollment in higher education within three months of FTE status. WHY JOIN US?
