Financial Analyst, Ops Controlling

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day general ledger operations, ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and procedures, coordinating with other departments for timely closure of the General ledger, supporting audits, assisting with tax returns preparation and filing, and liaising with Tax consultants and authorities as needed. Your critical skills and attributes should include excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening, collaboration, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. You should possess competencies in General Ledger Accounting, MIS, and Taxation, with the ability to grasp quickly, work independently, and maintain accuracy. Technical competencies required include experience in ERP software support (specifically QAD (MFG Pro), SAP, or Oracle), analyzing financial statements, and identifying trends and discrepancies. To be eligible for this position, you should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in an ERP environment.
