Finance Specialist ( CA Freshers )

You will be joining Flam as a Finance Specialist, a leading AI-powered mixed reality (MR) publishing platform where you will play a crucial role in the finance team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Additionally, you will be preparing and reviewing GST returns, TDS filings, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Your role will also involve assisting in monthly and annual financial closings and maintaining financial documentation and records for audits and internal reviews. To excel in this role, you should possess strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience with TDS and GST compliance. As a CA Fresher (2024 or 2025 Passouts), you should be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. Your ability to work independently and in a team-bound environment will be crucial for success in this position.
