Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent Experience: 15 years About the Role We are seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team full-time, who will handle end-to-end accounting responsibilities and contribute to investment analysis, private equity, and corporate finance activities. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting practices and eager to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and transaction recording for clients. Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and MIS. Handle statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings. Coordinate audits and maintain financial records. Communicate with clients and manage deliverables. Finance & Private Equity: Conduct market analysis and assist in identifying investment opportunities. Lead financial modelling and valuation analysis. Support due diligence and M&A activities. Create investor reports and present to internal investment committees. Monitor portfolio company performance and develop financial dashboards.

Candidate Requirements

Solid accounting background with hands-on experience in Tally, Busy, or Zoho Books. Proficient in MS Excel and general MS Office tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Interest in finance, private equity, or investment domains. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment. Preferred Attributes: Interest in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Eagerness to grow within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
