Headquartered in Mumbai, we have successfully assisted clients in raising over 5,000 crores with a remarkable success rate of more than 98%.Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and dynamic DSA (Direct Selling Agent) Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the banking and financial services sector. The intern will assist in sourcing loan applications, building customer relationships, and understanding the loan approval process.Key Responsibilities:Assist in identifying and acquiring potential customers for various loan products (Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.).Understand customer needs and provide suitable loan product recommendations.Support in documentation, verification, and loan application processing.Collaborate to ensure smooth disbursement of loans.Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of required formalities.Maintain customer records and update databases with loan application status.Stay updated on loan policies, interest rates, and market trends.Collaborate with the client and Banker SPOC to collect, verify, and ensure the accuracy of all necessary financial documents required for loan processing or investment advisory. Ensure compliance with guidelines and timely submission to avoid delays.Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and Banker SPOC to resolve discrepancies, provide status updates, and clarify document requirements.
