Finance Executive

As an accountant at Wellversed, your primary responsibility will be to maintain purchase, sales, and stock data using Tally PRIME. You should possess a thorough understanding of GST filing procedures and be proficient in TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) filing. Accuracy in reconciling GST data and preparing quarterly financial statements is essential. You will also be involved in facilitating statutory audits as per the Companies Act of 2013 and maintaining precise financial records in Tally. Your duties will include accurately inputting and maintaining financial transactions in Tally, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Reconciling Tally data with supporting documentation, organizing financial data in Excel spreadsheets, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy are part of the role. Additionally, you will create ad-hoc reports to meet various business needs. To excel in this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of TALLY, excellent proficiency in working with EXCEL and Google Sheets, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce.
