Finance Executive - Dharmapuri Location

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and hospital policies.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.

Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital requirements.

Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor budget utilization and report variances to the management.

Provide inputs for financial planning and cost-control strategies.

Oversee patient billing, claims processing, and revenue collections.

Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and government health schemes to ensure timely reimbursement.

Identify revenue leakages and recommend corrective actions.

Track departmental expenses and ensure spending aligns with the approved budget.

Support cost analysis for healthcare services, medical consumables, and procurement.

Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality of care.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.).

Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.

Analyze financial data to support decision-making by management.

Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports for performance tracking.

Provide insights on financial performance, profitability, and investment opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments (HR, Procurement, Clinical Departments) to streamline financial operations.

Assist in training junior staff on financial processes and software.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
