We at Grow Learn, a leading EdTech platform offering diploma courses in Finance, are looking for a dedicated and skilled Finance Academic Mentor to guide and support our students.

Eligibility:

• ACCA / CMA / CA-Inter certifications are welcome.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
• Strong domain knowledge in Finance and Accounting tools/software.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track student progress, provide timely feedback, and address learning gaps.
• Conduct weekly recap sessions to reinforce learning.
• Provide internship training and prepare students for assessments.
• Assist students in understanding difficult concepts with clarity and patience.
• Share academic meeting agendas and minutes with the HR team.
• Motivate students to meet deadlines, complete assignments, and stay engaged.
• Support placement coordination by sharing vacancy updates.
• Coordinate with tutors and evaluate performance of classes and students.
• Respond to student queries via calls, WhatsApp, or other platforms.
• Provide product training to the sales team when required.
• Engage in syllabus-related research and learn relevant tools for the course.
