As a Filmmaker / Documentary Director with Content Strategy Expertise at The Bro Thing, you will be responsible for creating captivating documentary-style content that resonates with our audience and elevates our brand presence. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of content, including live events, seminars, transformation stories, and client breakthroughs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end creation of documentary-style content, from ideation to final export - Analyze and repurpose massive content archives to extract compelling storylines - Develop storyboards, scripts, and shot plans to guide narrative direction - Direct and edit emotionally engaging short- and long-form documentaries for various platforms - Collaborate with internal teams to align storytelling with our brand philosophy - Study analytics to enhance content performance and engagement - Maintain a keen eye for visual quality and audience impact - Repurpose key documentary moments for social media distribution Required Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of filmmaking, editing, and documentary experience - Portfolio showcasing high-performing videos with over 1M+ views - Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, color grading, and sound mixing - Strong sense of cinematography, visual storytelling, and emotional pacing - Experience in storyboarding, scripting, and directing projects - Ability to work independently and manage multiple edits simultaneously Bonus If You Have: - Experience in self-help, coaching, or personal transformation niches - Familiarity with YouTube SEO and storytelling frameworks for increased watch time Join us at The Bro Thing to be part of a dynamic team reshaping masculinity and dating culture in India.
