Job Description

Role Overview: You will work in the area of Software Engineering, focusing on the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. Your responsibilities will include applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, developing and applying software engineering practices and knowledge, and supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. Additionally, you will need to exercise original thought and judgment, build expertise in your discipline, collaborate with team members, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems - Develop and apply software engineering practices and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance - Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers - Build expertise in your software engineering discipline to meet standard expectations for the applicable role - Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - More than a year of relevant work experience - Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to produce accurate and reliable results - Demonstrated capability to work on a variety of tasks and problems, applying skills and knowledge effectively - Organizational skills to manage time effectively and deliver on tasks with a mid-term horizon - Cooperative attitude towards teamwork to achieve team goals and positively impact project performance - Ability to make decisions based on understanding of the situation, not just following rules,
