Hiring: Marketing & Communications Associate (0–2 yrs) FiiRE Goa builds the startup ecosystem in tourism, hospitality, and skilling from our campus in Fatorda, Margao. I’m looking for an associate who can help us ship clear, consistent marketing and comms across social, web, and email. Role • Create and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels • Write short-form copy: event updates, partner spotlights, founder stories, newsletters • Shoot basic photos/videos at events; cut quick reels or clips when needed • Update website pages, blogs, and events; keep information current • Build simple email campaigns and track opens/clicks • Maintain a weekly content calendar and basic analytics dashboard • Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and approvals You’ll fit if • 0–2 years experience; freshers welcome • Strong writing and editing; clean, simple style • Comfortable with Canva, Google Workspace; bonus for basic video editing • Familiar with social analytics and simple SEO basics • Organized, reliable, and willing to learn fast Basics • Title: Marketing & Communications Associate • Type: Full-time • Location: FiiRE, Don Bosco College Campus, Fatorda, Margao, Goa How to apply • DM me on LinkedIn with your profile link and one work sample (post, reel, blog, or design)
