Job Title: Senior Sales Manager (Industrial Pumps) Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Industrial Pumps Manufacturing Location: Rajkot Salary: Up to 70,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years Education: B.E. Mechanical or higher Company Overview: We are a growing organization engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality industrial pumps. We are seeking a result-driven and technically sound Senior Sales Manager to lead our market expansion and sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Market Development: Identify and develop new markets for the existing range of industrial pump products. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to propose new business strategies. Product Strategy & Development: Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to suggest and assist in the development of new products aligned with market needs. Sales & Business Development: Drive individual sales targets through direct client engagement and relationship building. Expand OEM and project sales in targeted industrial sectors. Develop and manage key accounts and strategic partnerships. Dealer & Network Expansion: Establish and grow a robust dealer and distributor network across regions. Provide training and support to the sales channel for product knowledge and sales tactics. Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team for industrial pumps and related products. Set clear targets and KPIs for the sales team and support their professional development. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mech) or higher. Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Service, or Engineering in a reputed Industrial Pump Manufacturing Company such as Grundfos Pumps India Pvt. Ltd., KSB Pumps Ltd. (India), Wilo Mather and Platt Pumps Pvt. Ltd, Kirloskar Brothers Ltd., Lubi, Darling Pumps, SU Pumps, etc. ITT Goulds Pumps, Flowserve India Controls Pvt. Ltd, EBARA Pumps India Pvt.Ltd, Texmo Industries (Taro Pumps), CRI Pumps Pvt. Ltd. Proven experience in handling OEM clients, project sales, and distribution channels. Strong technical knowledge of industrial pump systems and applications. Skills Required: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively. Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
