Establish project goals, policies, and procedures for effective execution. Review legal and legislative documents to assess impact on development. Facilitate employee training and development within the planning team. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, managers, and cross-functional teams. Conduct field surveys, studies, and site visits to support planning activities.
