About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Field Support & Admin Associate to support our operations and inspection team. The role involves driving company vehicles (sedan/SUV), safely transporting precision metrology equipment (Faro Arm, 3D Scanners, tripods, and accessories) to client sites, assisting with component collection from clients, overseeing proper equipment handling by the team, and supporting daily administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company car (sedan/SUV) to client locations across Bengaluru and nearby cities for team visits.
• Transport metrology equipment (Faro Arm, 3D Scanners, tripods, accessories) along with the team and ensure safe handling at all times.
• Assist engineers with equipment setup, dismantling, and onsite logistics.
• Collect components from client sites and deliver safely to the company office/workshop.
• Oversee equipment handling by the team and report any discrepancies, damages, or mishandling to management.
• Handle logistics such as shipping, courier coordination, and document collection.
• Support admin tasks including submission of invoices, vendor coordination, and record keeping.
• Maintain company vehicle (servicing, cleanliness, fuel, log records).
• Ensure compliance with company safety and handling protocol.

Mandatory Requirement

• Valid 4-wheeler driving license with minimum 3 years of driving experience (sedan/SUV preferred).

Other Requirements

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and accountability.
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Kannada.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
• Ability to multitask and manage both field and admin responsibilities.
• Experience in handling technical/engineering equipment (preferred).
