JOB OPENING: FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN / ENGINEER Company: Aryans Appliances (Brand: KETVIN) Location: Kolkata & Nearby Service Areas Industry: Home Appliances & Consumer Electronics Employment Type: Full Time Position: Field Service Technician / Engineer Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain and repair appliances such as RO Water Purifiers, Electric Chimneys, Fans, Mixer Grinders, Induction Cookers, etc. Attend customer service calls as per schedule. Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs. Provide preventive maintenance and after-sales support. Maintain service records and report daily work logs. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of field experience in appliance servicing preferred. ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or equivalent. Must have knowledge of home appliances installation and repair. Should own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for field visits. Basic knowledge of tools, wiring, and circuit systems. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams. Honest, reliable, and responsible in handling service jobs. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Experience in servicing RO systems and electric chimneys. Understanding of PCB boards, motors, thermostats, and general appliance circuitry.
