We have an Urgent opening for the position of "Field Service Engineer" One of our reputed clients on our company payroll "Monalisa Manpower Management LLP.

Department: Fuel Dispensing Unit & Retail Outlet Automation Services

Rolls:- Off-roll /TPC.

Location: Field

Reporting to: Area Service Manager (ASM) / Area Service Controller (ASC)

Positions:- Are many at different specify locations.

Salary Range: - Salary In between 15k-30k gross salary or depend upon interview evaluation.

Language :- English, Hindi, Telugu ( Local language)

Significant travel is required.

Driving License is Mandatory.

Purpose of Position:

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure that all activities are carried out safely in accordance to all relevant country specific Health & Safety legislation.

The associate is personally responsible for contributing to a safe working environment by maintaining an orderly work area and proactively raising safety concerns.

Ensure that all training and qualifications necessary to perform work tasks are identified in a timely manner and that no activities are undertaken without suitable competence.

Carry out preventive maintenance jobs as per schedule.

Carry out breakdown jobs assigned by the ASM.

Update spares requirement to ASM.

Collect the spares from courier office / Service centre and resolve the complaint immediately on receipt of spares.

Ensure resolution of complaints in the 1st visit itself.

Return defective spares to stores within 7 days of closure of complaint.

Return unused ok spares immediately to the stores department.

Provide feedback to the CSD immediately after closure of complaint.

Submit all Breakdown service reports to ASM/Stores and Preventive maintenance reports to Commercial Executive on a weekly basis.

Report non-compliance issues if found being practices in the system to supervisor or use Speak up opportunity provided by the company.

Personal Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Electronics/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering. with good knowledge of working on Computers

Experience / Knowledge

Previous experience in field based technical service work. Experienced in mechanical, electrical and electronic fault-finding techniques.

Specific Skills -

Excellent communication skills in applicable local language.

Basic knowledge of English
