Field Service Engineer - Computer Graphics Display

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Odorization skids as well as the preventive & predictive maintenance of Odorization skids. Additionally, you will attend breakdown calls, carry out fault diagnosis, troubleshoot, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance of the Odorization System installed in CGS locations. Ensuring effective management of spares, timely documentation, and submission of service visit vouchers and preventive maintenance reports are also part of your responsibilities. Your ultimate goal will be to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing technical support and being willing to travel within the state and other states for service support. Key Responsibilities: - Installation and commissioning of Odorization skids - Preventive & predictive maintenance of Odorization skids - Attend breakdown calls and carry out proper fault diagnosis - Troubleshooting, corrective, and preventive maintenance of Odorization System - Effective management of spares - Timely documentation and submission of Service visit Vouchers and Preventive Maintenance reports - Ensure 100% customer satisfaction - Provide technical support to customers - Willingness to travel within the state and other states for service support Qualifications Required: - Diploma / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic / Instrumentation - Minimum 2 years of experience in CGDMetring System / Industrial Commercial High-Pressure, Low-Pressure Gas Pipeline connections Additional Company Details: N/A,
