Job Description

Visit existing and potential customers in the assigned territory regularly. Promote and sell the company's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits. Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and convert leads into orders. Ensure timely payment collection from customers and maintain good credit control. Coordinate with internal departments (dispatch, accounts, service) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Submit daily visit reports and update CRM or designated tracking tools. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the management team.
