FIELD SALES OFFICER

We're Hiring: Field Sales Officers (District-Based – West Bengal)

No relocation required – Work in your own district
Job Type: Full-Time

Your Role:

• Visit households door-to-door in your local area
• Schedule educational product demos for the senior sales team
• Educate families about our offerings
• Ensure conversion of booked demos
• Maintain daily visit and activity reports
• This is a target-driven field sales role

Who We're Looking For:

• Must be a resident of the assigned district
• Strong knowledge of local geography and demographics
• Field sales or direct marketing experience is mandatory
• Fluent in Bengali
• Candidates with backgrounds in Pharma or BFSI are encouraged to apply
• EdTech experience is a strong advantage
• Physically fit and willing to travel regularly
• Owning a two-wheeler is a plus

Compensation:

Salary as per industry standards, along with travel and daily allowances
