Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Officer with strong market understanding and a proven track record in core field sales. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and well-versed with local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits
• Develop a strong understanding of market trends and competition
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain good client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide timely reports and feedback to the sales manager

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales
• Graduation is mandatory
• Strong local market knowledge
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in BFSI domain preferred
