Job Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for our furniture business. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with interior designers, architects, builders, and other professionals to generate new business opportunities and develop relationships for furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Building
• Connect with interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Regularly visit their offices, studios, and project sites.
• Business Development
• Identify new furniture project opportunities.
• Generate business leads through regular field visits and networking.
• Promote our furniture products and customized furniture solutions.
• Develop business partnerships with interior designers and architects.
• Site Visits & Project Coordination
• Visit ongoing and upcoming interior project sites.
• Understand clients' furniture requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the design and sales team for quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert potential leads into orders.
• Sales & Follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with designers, architects, and clients.
• Track potential projects and maintain a database of business contacts.
• Provide regular reports on field activities and sales progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in furniture, interior design, and architecture.
• Ability to develop professional relationships.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and project meetings.
• Basic knowledge of furniture products and interior projects will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in field sales, furniture sales, or interior industry is preferred.

Our Expectation

We are looking for someone who can become the bridge between our furniture business and the interior design industry by building strong connections, identifying upcoming projects, and generating consistent business opportunities.
