Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to identify new business opportunities generate leads develop customer relationships and promote company products through effective sales and marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Generate leads through cold calling client visits emails and networking

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Prepare quotations conduct follow ups and negotiate with clients

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery

Maintain customer databases and sales reports

Handle customer queries complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Marketing Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Promote company products through online and offline channels

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Manage social media and other promotional activities

Prepare marketing materials presentations and product catalogs

Participate in exhibitions trade fairs and client meetings

Support branding and overall business development activities

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office Email and Excel

Strong customer relationship and handling skills

Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure

Good teamwork coordination and problem solving abilities

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification Graduate B Tech BCA BA BBA or equivalent

Marketing or Business related qualifications preferred

Experience 2 to 5 Years

Previous experience in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits

Salary Up to rupees 600000 Per Annum CTC as per company policy and candidate experience

Company paid travel and business related expenses

Stay food and travel expenses will be covered by the company for official business trips

Working Conditions

Field visits and client meetings as per business requirements
