Field Sales Executive - Kottayam

Role Overview: Rentokil PCI, a leading pest control service provider in India, is looking for a Business Development Executive to identify, source, and secure pest control and prevention business opportunities. You will be responsible for achieving New Sales Productivity, Renewals, and Collections targets. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as part of a multi-functional team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the approved business plan for the branch - Conduct sales promotion activities in the assigned territory - Achieve all Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis - Identify and follow up with prospective customers promptly - Maximize conversion of enquiries into orders - Ensure renewals meet Company Expectations - Stay updated on developments and business opportunities in the assigned territory - Prepare and update the Management Progress Guide (MPG) regularly - Ensure quality service delivery and maintain good relationships with customers - Prepare and submit reports to customers on time - Address and resolve complaints in collaboration with Operations and Back office - Conduct detailed inspections and Site Risk Assessments (SRA) at client sites - Prepare quotations for customers through the system - Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager and collect Appreciation Letters from customers - Set correct customer expectations regarding pest management - Capture accurate customer information for effective communication and service planning - Ensure timely submission of invoices and collect necessary acknowledgments - Follow up for correct and timely invoicing by the back office - Share costings and customer expectations with operations before service delivery - Deposit all collections to the back office within 24 hours - Review daily collections and billing with the back office department Qualification Required: - Any Graduate from any stream - Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Direct Sales (Facilities Management) for Commercial business profile - Preferable minimum 2 years of experience in Home product/Home service business, residential cleaning services for Residential business profile Additional Details of the Company: Rentokil PCI values safety, integrity, innovation, learning & development, openness, transparency, and performance orientation.
