We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for selling products/services in the field, generating leads, and closing sales to meet targets. Key Responsibilities:Visit clients and potential customers in assigned territories Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Collect payments and ensure timely order fulfillment Provide regular feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and customer interactions Requirements:Proven experience in field sales or a related role Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable) Education:Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
