Job Description: Field Sales Executive: To generate leads, identify decision makers within targeted area and initiate the sales process. To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services. To set up meetings and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis. To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations on the prospects. o be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service. Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements. Team Lead: Handle a team of 6-7 Field Sales Executives and help them drive sales. Role involves 50% Team Management and 50% of Client management i.e., Self-Field Meetings and accompanying Team Members in closing deals. Training and Coaching people to enhance team’s performance. Achieving the Sales Productivity Targets as assigned. Ensure Sales Presentations, Product/Service Demonstration on daily basis. Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
