Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kottayam. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in the field
• Promote and sell financial/insurance products
• Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of sales and client interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Marketing (field sales preferred)
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Local candidates preferred
