Position: Field Sales Executive – Vendor Liaison (Steel/Cement Channel) Key Role: To identify and convert early-stage construction projects by leveraging steel, cement, and hardware suppliers as lead generators for concrete sales. Tasks: Vendor Connect Build relationships with steel, cement and hardware vendors in assigned territory. Regularly visit vendors. Offer brochures, business cards, rate charts. Lead Generation Extract site and client details from vendors. Qualify site stage (footing/slab) and volume potential. Input all leads in centralized sheet/app daily. Client Visit & Pitch Visit identified sites proactively. Pitch GMN Concrete with brochures, pricing, and quality talk. Offer free site inspection or concrete testing. Vendor Program Introduce referral bonus program for vendors. Coordinate vendor incentives after conversion. Reporting Daily report of vendors visited, leads collected, sites visited, and conversion updates. Skills & Requirements Street-smart, field-savvy, and polite Experience in cement/steel/hardware sales is a plus Must own a two-wheeler with smartphone Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain regular contact Basic understanding of construction stages and materials
