**Job Summary:** The Field Sales Executive is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers in a designated territory. This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective field sales strategies. **Responsibilities:** * **Sales and Lead Generation:** * Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services. * Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques. * Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. * **Customer Relationship Management:** * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain regular contact with clients, and nurture those relationships. * **Territory Management:** * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data. * Optimize sales routes and schedules for maximum efficiency. * **Reporting and Documentation:** * Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and expense reports. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. * Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. * **Product Knowledge and Training:** * Develop a thorough understanding of company products/services and their features and benefits. * Stay updated on industry trends and product developments. * Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions. * **Collaboration:** * Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth sales process. * Coordinate with other departments as needed to address customer needs. * Provide market feedback to the product development team. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). * Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [relevant industry]. * Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to travel within the assigned territory. **Skills:** * Sales acumen * Customer service * Communication (written and verbal) * Negotiation * Presentation * Time management * Problem-solving * Relationship building * Territory management * CRM knowledge.
