FIELD RECRUITER

Job Summary

Tanvii Technologies is looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities at the ground level. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates through field recruitment methods to meet client manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field recruitment activities such as walk-in drives, campus visits, job fairs, and local sourcing.
• Source candidates through direct field hiring, referrals, local networks, and vendors.
• Screen candidates for eligibility, skills, and interest based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and joining status.
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and reporting requirements.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, local institutes, and community contacts.
• Travel to assigned locations as per recruitment needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
