Field Officer - Security / House Keeping Services

Job Summary

• Candidate age: A Max of 40 years.
• Should have good contacts at IT offices with key decision makers
• Should be capable of recruiting and deploying quality manpower (security guards / house keeping staff) at allocated units.
• Should ensure grooming, courteous behaviour and discipline of employees.
• Should provide training to employees
• To be sole contact for all client issues.
• Monitor attendance of guards and ensure that manpower deployment is complete at all sites.
• To visit a minimum of 5 clients every week.
• Candidates must be working in a Reputed National level Security Guards services organization. Must be a graduate with at least 5 years of experience in mobilizing manpower.
• Kannada language proficiency is must
• Must own a 2 wheeler

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
