Field Officer / Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to explain chit fund schemes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Conduct field visits, meetings, and promotional activities to generate leads.
• Educate clients about company policies, benefits, and financial discipline.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and customer visits.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and sales mindset.
• Fieldwork willingness and target-driven attitude.
• Local market knowledge (Erode & surrounding areas).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
• Experience: 0–3 years in Sales / Marketing / Finance preferred (Freshers also welcome).
• Age: 21–35 years.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
