1. Doctor Visit Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate visits of referring doctors and specialists.
• Maintain a database of visiting doctors and their visit feedback.
• Facilitate interaction between visiting doctors and hospital consultants.
• Ensure hospitality arrangements for visiting doctors (transport, refreshments, etc.).
• Share regular updates and service brochures with potential referring doctors.

2. Public Relations & Communication

• Act as the official spokesperson for the hospital when needed.
• Handle media inquiries, press conferences, and public statements.
• Respond to patient queries, grievances, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Build relationships with key community stakeholders, NGOs, and corporate clients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing and PR strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospital Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in hospital marketing or public relations
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred
