Job Summary

OneMart is looking for energetic, self-motivated and target-driven Marketing Executives to support field marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation and relationship building with architects, builders, developers, contractors and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to builders, developers, architects, interior designers, contractors and construction sites.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for OneMart's building materials products.
• Introduce the company's product portfolio, showroom facilities and business offerings to potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and real estate sectors.
• Collect project information, understand customer requirements and identify upcoming material procurement opportunities.
• Schedule client meetings and showroom visits for the sales and business development teams.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, meetings and prospective business opportunities.
• Support the execution of local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions and customer engagement events.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
• Maintain daily field visit reports, lead databases, customer details and follow-up records.
• Monitor competitor activities, market pricing trends and customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly activity and lead-generation targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales promotion, lead generation or customer acquisition preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad for client visits and project meetings.
• Ability to build professional relationships and follow up consistently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working with targets.

Preferred: Experience in building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, construction, real estate or interior products. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Key Performance Indicators

• Number of field visits and new customer contacts.
• Qualified leads generated.
• Client meetings and showroom visits arranged.
• Follow-up effectiveness and lead conversion support.
• Achievement of assigned marketing activity targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
